Wear with flats or heels to set the right mood. 4” wide side strips of our customized red/black Hibiscus print run the full length of dress. A 2” band of our custom, printed fabric lays flat across the top of breast with a stripe-like, red/black imitation buckle. Optional adjustable straps. Full lining in dress. Pulls up to get on or pulls down over the head. High quality, recycled, Italian fabric.
