We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your product to mail out the return with our online returns process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, go to our returns area, fill in the required information and print your label via our website. Securely attach the label on top of a box or a secure, non-tearable mailing bag with no other markings on it and drop the box or package off with the indicated carrier. Please make a copy of your original purchase receipt, or include the original purchase receipt, that you received with your new order and place it inside your return box or return mailing bag. If your return is approved after we inspect the returned item(s), we will proceed to issue you a refund. Please allow at least five to seven (5-7) business days to see your return refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, and when to expect a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
